Primary Targets

Warren AFB complex (Minuteman missiles, all area southwest of a line connecting Henry, Oshkosh, and Chappell, to state line), Omaha (Offut AFB, SAC Headquarters)

Tertiary Targets

Dakota City (Sioux City, IA.), Lincoln
